7-Day Return Policy

We want you to be satisfied with your purchase! If you are not completely happy, you may return eligible items within 7 days of delivery, subject to the following conditions:

Eligibility for Returns:

• Items must be in original condition, unused, and in their original packaging.
• Digital products and customized items are not eligible for return.

Return Process:

1. Contact Us: Email us at sales@mamfirst.com within 7 days of receiving your order to initiate a return.
2. Return Shipping: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. We recommend using a trackable shipping method.
3. Inspection & Refund: Once we receive and inspect the item, we will process your refund. If approved, a refund will be issued to your original payment method. Refunds can take up to 10 business days depending on your financial institution.
